By explaining why we care about the business so much, we can create an emotional connection with others so that they’ll support our going forward plan. When and only when, people are willing to pull out the chequebook are we going the right direction with the right plan.
We have a network of Finance Valuators and it is critical to choose the right one for your business and sector. All valuations of investments must be prepared in accordance with generally accepted valuation practices and procedures.
This is not the same as selling your Business to a private buyer. Valuations are prepared and reviewed by finance personnel that are independent of the transaction team responsible for underwriting or management of the investment.
We ensure that your business is valuated properly to satisfy all parties involved including the public vehicle, Brokerage Firms and RainMaker Capital Growth to negotiate a fair deal.
We work with highly qualified Securities Lawyers to prepare the company for a public offering. During the listing process, our team works with securities lawyers, brokers and the external auditor to ensure the listing documents are accurate and meet all regulatory requirements. It is important to choose a firm with extensive experience in listing public companies of a comparable size, at a similar stage of development and in the same industry as yours.
The external auditor performs important tasks during the listing process, including attestation engagements on the financial disclosure in the listing documents, as required by securities legislation. Investor Relations: Our IR Department
As we noted above, investors are essential to a companies trajectory. Thus, it’s important for businesses to communicate effectively and honestly with investors. To further that end, companies typically build and rely on our investor relations (IR) department. We keep the lines of communication and information open between investors and the company.
But to truly understand the magnitude of our IR department and its importance within the business, we need to break down the different roles that our individuals or teams that are used within the department. We can discuss this at a later stage of the process.
